Balloon
Sculpting Workshop with Ed Popielarczyk – 3rd Grade and up:
Wednesday, April 30 from
1:30
– 2:30
Ed Popielarczyk, a professional magician, balloon
sculptor, and storyteller with 25 years of entertainment experience, will
run a balloon sculpting workshop for a group of 30 kids aged 3rd
grade and older. In the
workshop, Ed will talk about balloon safety first, and show the different
types of balloons that he uses. Then
Ed will teach the group how to make a puppy dog, a weenie dog, a giraffe,
and a mouse, before moving on to balloon hats!
He will show how to make a basic hat base and demonstrate how to
attach balloons to the base – and then everyone gets to make their own
hats! Everything you make is
yours to take home. Enrollment
is strictly limited to 30 participants aged 3rd grade and
older; pre-registration is required.
