The Brown Bag Book Club is held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at noon.  Bring a lunch and the coffee is on us.  Drop ins are welcome!  The next meeting will be held on September 15th in the Elizabeth Turner Room (the anteroom to Volunteers Hall) to discuss the following books:

Wide Sargasso Sea by Jean Rhys
and
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte

 

 

 

Harvard Great Books Discussion Group

After the meeting on September 10th, 2009, the Harvard Great Books discussion group will meet on the first Thursday of every month at 7:00pm in the new library.  The cost for ten Great Books readings is $60.  The monthly meeting dates are as follows:

  • November 5th, 2009

  • December 3rd, 2009

  • January 7th, 2010

  • February 4th, 2010

  • March 4th, 2010

  • April 1st, 2010
