Bromfield Green Team Hosts Solar Seminar

Who: Students representing the Bromfield Green Team are hosting the solar seminar

What: We are educating people on solar energy, both solar panels and solar farms to increase the percentage of people that have solar on their homes or participate in a solar farm

When: April 11th 2-4 pm

Where: Volunteer’s Hall at the Harvard Public Library 

Why: Despite the increase in awareness of the benefits of renewable energy, specifically green energy, Harvard has not yet reached its goal for the percentage of people that have solar energy systems, causing a continued dependence on fossil fuels, increased carbon footprint, and high energy costs.
