Joyce Kulhawik: Lights, Camera, Action
Joyce Kulhawik is an Emmy Award-winning arts and entertainment anchor. She worked for CBS-Boston WBZ-TV for 28 years. She will describe her experience in the media and how it has evolved over time. As a three-time cancer survivor, Joyce will also address her journey and how she has contributed to the American Cancer Society by testifying before Congress and chaired ACS's Daffodil Days fundraising campaign for 25 years. Joyce helped raise millions of dollars for ACS's first "Hope Lodge" in Boston.
Joyce is currently the President of the Boston Theater Critics Association. She was one of the first inductees to the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
