Virtual Mindfulness & Meditation Workshop

Participants are invited to settle into a quiet, comfortable space and join mindfulness teacher Lauren from Bright Heart Coaching for a calming, mid-day meditation break each Monday in February.

These virtual Zoom sessions will be held on February 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 12:00–12:30 pm. Attendance at all sessions is not required. Register once and attend as many sessions as you would like.

In each 30-minute class, you’ll practice clearing your mind, staying present, and easing stress through simple mindfulness and meditation techniques. You’ll also learn how to bring mindfulness into your daily life. Each session will introduce and guide you through a different style of meditation.

The Zoom link will be emailed to you 2 days before each session.
