The Harvard Public Library offers free access to thousands of downloadable ebooks for all HPL cardholders. This service is available 24/7 and is accessible on your smartphone, tablet, eReader or computer. Fiction, nonfiction, and featured collections are available for checkout.

There are no late fees, borrowed titles are automatically returned when your lending period is over. If an eBook is unavailable, place a hold on the eBook. You will receive an email when the eBook becomes available.
